  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, grated coconut, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and knead until you get a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Flatten each ball into a round shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Brush the skillet with coconut oil and cook the rotis on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite curry or sambal.
