Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked roti or paratha, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup cooked chicken, beef, or vegetables, shredded
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots and cabbage (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Saute until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add chopped green chilies and saute for another minute.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs onto the empty side.
- Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, then mix with the vegetables.
- Add cooked roti or paratha pieces to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, beef, or vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Add soy sauce and chili sauce (if using). Stir well to coat all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until everything is heated through and well mixed.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a main dish.
