  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Saute until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add chopped green chilies and saute for another minute.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs onto the empty side.
  5. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, then mix with the vegetables.
  6. Add cooked roti or paratha pieces to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  7. Add shredded chicken, beef, or vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
  8. Add soy sauce and chili sauce (if using). Stir well to coat all the ingredients.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until everything is heated through and well mixed.
  11. Remove from heat and serve hot as a main dish.
