  1. Soak the sweet basil seeds (sabja) in waterfor about 30 minutes until they become jelly-like.
  2. In serving glasses, layer the vermicelli noodles, soaked sweet basil seeds, and chopped mixed nuts.
  3. Pour rose syrup over the layers.
  4. Top with milk and mix gently.
  5. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy Sri Lankan Faluda!
