Ingredients
- 2 woodapples
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Break open the woodapples and scoop out the pulp.
- In a blender, combine woodapple pulp, water, sugar, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any solids.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve cold and enjoy Sri Lankan Woodapple Juice!
